Why this exists

Twenty-two days opens the door.
Four months walks through it.

You've felt what moves beneath the surface. You've named the shame, traced the wound back to your mother, your father, the moment you were struck. You've done what most men never do, you looked.

"The shape changes but the root doesn't. What is unresolved in your father will find its way to you — unless you face it."

The Rising Order is where that facing happens — not alone, not in a weekend, not in a podcast or a book. In a container. In brotherhood. With men who have been through the fire and with a structure designed to take you all the way through.

This is not a second course. It is the initiation the first one was pointing toward.

The full arc

Five phases. One crossing.

We begin where very little men's work begins, in the body. Because you cannot go into the dragons without a nervous system that can hold it.

Phase 1

The nervous system

Phase 2

Core Shame

Phase 3

Mother complex

Phase 4

Father complex

Phase 5

Integration

Phase 1

Nervous System

The Ground

You cannot meet your wound if your body won't let you stay in the room.

Most men arrive with a nervous system running on old threat responses — hypervigilance, shutdown, collapse, chronic bracing. Before anything else, we build the somatic foundation that makes real depth work possible. This is where we learn to regulate, to breathe, to feel without fleeing.
  • Nervous system foundations — understanding your window of tolerance, the different states and what collapses it
  • Breathwork as daily practice — not performance, but a tool for nervous system state change
  • Somatic tracking — learning to read the body's signals before the mind rationalises them away
  • Building the capacity to stay present with discomfort instead of dissociating or exploding

Phase 2

Core shame

The descent

Shame is not what you did. It is the belief that something is fundamentally wrong with who you are.

Core shame is the dragon beneath all dragons. It drives the inner critic, the perfectionism, the performance, the collapse when no one is watching. It is the oldest wound — and the one most men have never once looked at directly. In this phase we bring it into the light, name it, and begin to understand the difference between toxic shame that keeps you small and healthy shame that points you back to your values
  • Identifying how core shame lives in your body — where it sits, how it moves, what it says
  • The inner critic — its origins, its purpose as protector, and how to work with it rather than be run by it
  • Toxic shame vs. healthy shame — the distinction that changes how you relate to every failure
  • The covert contracts — how shame drives the people-pleasing, the self-sabotage, the hiding
  • Bringing the wound to the light of brotherhood — being seen in the place you most fear being seen

Phase 3

Mother Complex

The separation

You cannot hold a woman steadily if you have never separated from the first one.

The mother wound shows up in every relationship you enter — as emotional dependency, as the need for her approval mirrored in every woman you meet, as the collapse when she withdraws, the panic when she goes cold. We map the four mother archetypes, understand the enmeshment patterns they created, and do the deep work of separation — not abandonment, but individuation. This is where a man learns to stand in his own ground.
  • The four mother archetypes — the Devouring, the Absent, the Critical, the Armored — and where you recognise yours
  • Enmeshment and the Puer Aeternus — the eternal boy who never fully landed in his own life
  • How the mother wound projects onto your intimate relationships — her mood as your emotional weather report
  • The Great Mother — reclaiming a healthy relationship to the feminine within yourself
  • The seperation ceremony — a live initiatory assignment in front of the group
Phase 4

Father Complex

The initiation

An uninitiated father cannot initiate his son. The shape changes. The root doesn't.

The father wound lives in the places where you still don't trust your own authority — where you look to other men for permission to take up space, where your anger turns inward or erupts sideways, where you scan every room for an older man who might finally see you. We name the wound, trace the lineage, and begin the work of cultivating the inner father — the authority, the blessing, and the initiation you were never given.
  • The four father archetypes — the Man Who Crushed, the Narcissist, the Man Who Abandoned, the Man Who Moved Between Both
  • The generational thread — understanding what your father could not give because it was never given to him
  • The five projections
  • What the father was supposed to give — the blessing, the initiation, permission to take up space
  • Cultivating your own authority — not performing it, but growing it from the inside out
Phase 5

Integration

The return

The healed man is a lie. The integrated man is real.

Integration is not arrival. There is no finish line where the wound disappears and you become whole. Integration is the ongoing practice of living consciously with what you carry — knowing the dragons by name, recognizing their movements, choosing how you respond rather than being run. In this final phase we consolidate everything and turn it into a way of showing up — in your relationships, your work, your embodied life.
  • What integration actually looks like — not transcendence but conscious relationship with the wound
  • Somatic anchoring — building practices that keep the body as an ally, not an alarm
  • The inner work made outer — how the shifts in here change what you build out there
  • Relationship as practice — bringing the integrated man into partnership, fatherhood, brotherhood
  • What comes next — stewardship, the lineage, the path of continuing to give it back
The Container

Built to hold you
through the whole thing.

Every week

Full Group session

The entire cohort meets live with Malcolm. Teaching, depth, collective witnessing. The group as mirror.

Bi-Weekly

Initiator calls — groups of 10

Smaller circles led by a steward, Tommy, and Malcolm. You bring an assignment tied to your dragon. You share it in front of the group. This is where the real work happens.

Once a month

Hot seat coaching

Live, direct, personal, in-depth. One man in the chair. The group as witness. Malcolm and Tommy holding the space. Nothing to hide, everything to reveal.

Every week

Nervous system & stillness

Breathwork, interoceptive, neuroceptive, somatic practice, meditation — guided by Malcolm, Tommy, or both. The body is the site of integration, not just the mind.

Who holds the space

Men who have been
through the fire.

Malcolm Fraser

Lead facilitator & guide of the rite

Tommy Richard

Facilitator & Steward lead

Neil

Steward - Apprenticeship

Bobby

Steward - Apprenticeship

Keith

Steward - Apprenticeship

Neil, Bobby, and Keith are Rising Order graduates moving through their stewardship apprenticeship — guided by Malcolm and Tommy throughout the container. You will be held by men who know what you are carrying.

The path beyond

This is where
the lineage begins.

Every man who completes The Rising Order has the option to continue — not as a student, but as a man who holds the space for others.

1. Complete The Rising order

Four months. The full arc. From nervous system ground to integration.

2. Stewardship

After completing TRO, men who wish to continue may step into a steward role in a future round — holding space for the next cohort.

3. Apprenticeship

After two completed rounds, with approx. 200-Hours of training, stewards may enter formal apprenticeship — learning to lead, to guide, to pass it on.
