If you’re single, you’ll work on developing a stronger relationship with yourself, understanding your attachment patterns, and preparing for a healthier future partnership. If you’re in a relationship, you’ll learn how to co-create a balanced and intimate connection.

This is an 8-week program, broken down into weekly modules that focus on key themes related to personal growth, shadow work, emotional mastery, and healthy co-creation in relationships. Each week will include video lessons, exercises, group discussions, and integration practices.

Shadow work is the process of exploring the parts of yourself that are hidden, suppressed, or disowned. In relationships, these hidden aspects can lead to patterns like projection, blame, and emotional reactivity. By doing shadow work, you’ll learn to identify and heal these patterns, fostering deeper intimacy and communication.

Each week requires about 2-3 hours of commitment. This includes watching the video lessons, doing the exercises, and attending the weekly group coaching calls. However, the time you dedicate to integration and reflection may vary.

There will be a combination of both. You’ll have access to pre-recorded video content each week, but there will also be live group coaching calls where you can ask questions, share your experiences, and connect with other participants.

Co-Creation focuses specifically on breaking codependent patterns and cultivating a co-creative dynamic in relationships and in life. We combine shadow work, emotional work, somatic work and practical relationship tools, with an emphasis on both self-healing and relationship dynamics. The integration of masculine and feminine energies is also a unique aspect of this program.

This program will guide you through recognizing your codependent patterns and help you move toward co-creation, as a single you will learn how to master your inner-self to then co-create with the outer-self as a couple both partners will learn how toequally contributing to the health of the relationship. You’ll develop emotional awareness, healthy boundaries, and self-reliance while creating a connection that supports both interdependence and intimacy.
